Welcome to the prodash.ai blog
A note on what this space is, what we'll write about, and how to get the most out of prodash.ai.

We started prodash.ai because most CRMs are built for the people writing the requirements, not the people doing the work. Sales reps, account managers, founders, and operators end up fighting their tools instead of moving deals forward.
This blog is where we'll share what we're building, how teams are using it, and the patterns we keep seeing in the field.
What you'll find here
We'll write about three things:
- Product: what's new, what's changing, and how to get more out of features like Custom Flows, the Relationship Graph, and Reporting Studio.
- Playbooks: the workflows growing teams actually run — lead routing, renewals, handoffs, onboarding — written so you can copy them straight into your account.
- Field notes: the unglamorous reality of running a CRM well. Pipeline hygiene, forecasting, ramping reps, surviving an audit.
We'll skip the listicles and AI hype. If a post wouldn't be useful to a real ops person, it doesn't ship.
How to use prodash today
If you're new, three quick wins:
- Import your contacts. A CSV is fine. The auto-enrichment will fill in the rest.
- Build one flow. Pick the workflow you currently do by hand most often. Lead routing is usually the best starting point.
- Set up one report. Pipeline by stage, weighted forecast, or rep activity — whichever your team will actually look at every Monday.
That's it. The rest grows from there.
Welcome aboard.
